Dr. Young hugged me, answered my every insane, unintelligent, repetitive question with humility and patience. Dr. Young assured me he would stay with us however long it took, that he was there for us and was at our beck and call. They called us the day after we were released to check on our child, THEN, YALL. I got this note in the mail. I JUST CANT QUIT BAWLING. Caprock is AMAZING and I want to marry them.

What an amazing place. They automatically put you at ease. From the wonderful, amazing and caring staff to the roomy comfortable rooms. They truly care about the patient and the family. Dr Young and Dr Wilson called to check on Gavin and had me bring him in immediately cause he wasn’t better. Never have I had a dr do that. Words can’t express my gratitude. When I arrived to the facility, within 3 minutes I was being taken care of. The medical staff was very friendly and hospitable. The rooms have glass doors, yes, real doors for absolute privacy and they offer you drinks and refreshments. I was also impressed with the big flat screen tv in the patient’s room. Dr. Wilson was very nice and took the time to talk to me like he knew me. Thank you all for making me feel better.

I know nobody likes to take a trip to the emergency room, but if you must go, you should definitely check out the new CapRock ER on William Fitch in College Station. I had to take my daughter last week and it was by far the best ER visit ever! First class service, we were in and out of there quickly, super friendly staff, snacks and drinks delivered on a tray to your room, TVs in every room to keep us entertained, and excellent care from the ER doctors Andy Wilson and Lon Young! I even got a phone call today from Dr Young to just follow up and check on Zoe to see how she was feeling. I just wanted to give a shout out because I can’t think of one single good ER visit in the past and this will probably be the only ER we will ever go to from now on!

We ended up at Caprock on a Monday night with my 3 yr old. It was by far the best ER experience I have ever had or could imagine to have. It was clean, quiet and staffed by caring individuals. We were seen immediately and shown to a private room. Dr. Wilson was excellent! Very thorough without being “over-my-head” with medical words. Very down to earth, logical and reasonable with treatments. My daughter was at ease with him and the staff which for a 3 yr old was amazing. We got a follow up call the next day to check on her condition and a note in the mail a day after that. You would NEVER get that kind of care and attention in a hospital ER!! I hope we don’t need an ER anytime soon, but if we do, we will not go anywhere else!!! I will recommend CapRock to anyone and everyone!

While today was a painful day, but Caprock Emergency made it MUCH easier! The staff was quick, friendly, efficient and treated me with the utmost respect. Hope we never need an emergency room again but if I do…. CAPROCK will be where we go!

Dear Caprock ER Staff- I wanted to thank you for getting my son and I in and out so quickly last night. You made the sign-in process so much faster and convenient than conventional urgent care/ER facilities. Although my insurance provider was not yet in the system, you were proactive in letting me know that you would contact the provider the next day. It was a very brief period before the doctor saw my son. Once in the room, he was able to quickly diagnose the ailment and was sensitive to the fact that my insurance had not cleared. He avoided further tests that may not have been covered and which may not have been more conclusive – I really appreciate this approach. The pricing structure was unique and was set up in a way that was visually easy to understand – also different from what I have seen before. Most importantly, Doctor Young, Becky, and the rest of the staff were personable, friendly, explained everything completely, and went overboard to make our experience less painful. We will most definitely be spreading the word about the quality and competence at your facility! Thank you, again!

CapRock Emergency is Fast, Friendly and Efficient! Started my New Year off with a visit to the ER after slicing off the tip of my finger. Everyone from Monserrat at the front desk to nurses Candy and Kathryn to Dr. Wilson were caring, friendly and efficient. Definitely the place to go for emergency treatment!

I have lived here in College Station for just over 27 years. I have visited four Emergency Rooms for myself or family members during this time. One was subpar, but most were fairly efficient. I can now say that I have been to the absolute BEST Emergency Room in all of Bryan/College Station, and it is CapRock Emergency! They were fast, friendly, helpful, clean, modern AND even kind to our wallet. As an added bonus the doctors and nurses have a sense of humor, which is wonderful when you are in a trying situation. Thank you SO MUCH for taking care of my mother as if she was YOUR mother. I know it’s a lot to ask from medical professionals, but you really came through for us.
