Cali Lanphear

As Business Development Coordinator, Calis goal is to organize and assist with all aspects of business development for CapRock Health. She manages and collaborates with outside vendors and internal employees to ensure seamless development functions both in state and out. From land acquisition to community events, Cali desires to make CapRock Health flourish with every opportunity. Cali also assists with executing CapRock’s marketing strategies.

Just a short drive from Bryan/College Station is the Cali’s hometown of Montgomery, Texas. Following high school, Texas A&M University brought her to her new home in Aggieland where she chose to remain after college. Cali graduated with a Sports Management degree while serving as a student-athlete on the Aggie softball team. Cali received her Real Estate license shortly after college graduation where she was a full-time Realtor in Bryan/College Station.

Outside of working for CapRock Health, Cali enjoys working with her Real Estate clients to find the perfect property. In her free time, she never misses the opportunity to watch her boyfriend coach his high school baseball team, attend a country music concert, travel, cook, or spend time with her miniature dachshund. As an only child, Cali is very close to her family, so spending time with them is always a priority.
