  • Registered Nurse (Full-Time at Bryan Hospital and College Station 24-Hour Emergency)

CapRock Health is seeking full-time nurses to join our growing team IMMEDIATELY.

To be considered, candidates must have at least two (2) years of ER RN experience (less experience may be considered if it is in a high volume center).

Each position will serve at both the Bryan Hospital and the College Station 24-Hour Emergency facilities.

  • Data Entry Specialist (Full-time at CapRock Health Administrative Office – Bryan)

CapRock Health is seeking two Data Entry Specialists in our medical billing department.

Duties and responsibilities:
Answering the phone, mailing, scanning, and organizing incoming documents, daily billing and payment posting, working claims and patient aging reports, sending patient statements, insurance verification, discuss account detail, set-up payment plans

Skills and requirements:
Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, problem Solver, work well independently, must have general medical billing knowledge

Education requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent

  • Medical Billing Specialist (Full-time at CapRock Health Administrative Office – Bryan)

CapRock Health is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist.

Duties and responsibilities:
Claims and payment data entry, claim and patient statement management, electronic claim submission, managing accounts receivables, assist with overseeing the billing department, the ability to manage others

Skills and requirements:
Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, problem Solver, proficient in Excel, work with minimal supervision, must have a minimum of 5 years of medical billing experience, some knowledge of coding, must have knowledge of professional billing, knowledge of facility billing and coding is a plus

Education requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent

  • Radiologic Technologist (Full-time and PRN at CapRock Urgent Care – College Station)

CapRock Health is a seeking Radiologic Technologist for our new urgent care facility in College Station.

The Radiologic Technologist will:
Produce quality radiographs for diagnostic purposes
Perform QC and ensure proper equipment usage
Operate and use PACS system that includes and are not limited to: sending, annotating, Patient History documentation, and follow-up when a report has been completed
Assist with triage, taking patients vital signs and practice excellent patient care.

To be considered, candidates must:
Have current ARRT, TMB, and CPR licensing
Be able to perform and operate standard X-ray equipment independently
Be able to practice proper dose reduction techniques, Rad protection and be able to correctly use Personal Protection Equipment

  • Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist (Full-time at CapRock Urgent Care – College Station)

CapRock Health is seeking two Medical Assistant/Phlebotomists to perform routine administrative duties and assist in health care delivery to patients at our new urgent care facility in College Station.

Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative Duties (may include, but not limited to):
Using computer applications and operation of office machines, answering telephones and directs calls accordingly, greeting patients, responding to inquiries from patients, employees, and others, updating and filing patient medical records, filling out insurance forms, scheduling appointments, arranging for hospital admissions and laboratory services, handling correspondence, billing, and bookkeeping, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, often stressful environment

Clinical Duties (may include, but not limited to):
Drawing blood, taking medical histories, explaining treatment procedures to patients, preparing patients for examination, assisting the physician during exams, collecting and preparing laboratory specimens, performing basic laboratory tests, instructing patients about medication and special diets, preparing and administering medications as directed by a physician, transmitting prescription refills as directed, taking electrocardiograms, removing sutures and changing dressings, preparing exam rooms in between patients

Education Requirements:

High School or GED
Certified Medical Assistant Required
BLS Certification Required

Experience Requirements:

One (1)+ year of experience in a medical setting, preferred

  • FT/PT/PRN in Radiology (CapRock 24-Hour ER – College Station)

Applicants must be able to perform X-Ray and CT independently.

To be considered, candidates must have RT (R), at least two (2) years of experience, and IV experience.

RT (CT) and Lab experience preferred.

This position will serve at the College Station 24-Hour Emergency facility.
